1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of the CouncilPrep platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Subscription and Account Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account and purchase a subscription.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Account Sharing Prohibited: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials with anyone else. We employ strict monitoring to detect concurrent logins and anomalous IP address activity. Violations will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on the platform, including but not limited to NMCN CBT practice questions, rationales, study guides, software, designs, logos, and graphics, are the intellectual property of CouncilPrep.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal educational preparation. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from our content.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider (Paystack).

• Billing: By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a "Pass Guarantee" on our 6-month and 12-month subscriptions. If you complete the entire question bank and do not pass your NMCN CBT, we will extend your subscription at no additional cost (proof of failure required).

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform.
• Use automated scripts, spiders, or bots to scrape or download our question bank.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or viruses.

6. Limitation of Liability

CouncilPrep provides educational material to assist in NMCN CBT preparation. We do not guarantee that you will pass the NMCN CBT examination. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall CouncilPrep be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
